Long-term distribution agreement with ASO

We are authorized by ASO as the distributor for China door and gate market  from March 5, 2020 and is concluded for an undefined perlod of time. At any time, either party may terminate the Agreement by giving 6 months written notice.

ASO is one of the world market leaders in the field of tactile sensors and develops and manufactures safety sensors such as safety edges and corresponding control systems.

During the term of the Agreement, AS0 grants we the non-transferable, non-exclusiveright to market and sell ASO products in the door &gate market in the territory of China.
